MIND BUILDING & EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (MIBEF)

Mind Building & Empowerment Foundation (MiBEF) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) incorporated in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The organization provides a wide range of services under its programs or specific objectives. From a broad perspective, the organization is established to provide help and support to the voiceless victims of violent crimes, such as rape, sexual abuse, child abuse & molestation, and gender-based violence; it also helps victims through their post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), with the overall goal of fighting against all perpetrators of sexual crimes in society. It also engages in programmes aimed at promoting healthcare and extending educational support to the most vulnerable children in rural communities, as well as empowering women and girls and victims of sexual violence through wealth-creation activities.
